Here at Brougham Street Community Nursery School we are unwavering in our commitment to safeguarding the wellbeing of every pupil. We prioritise the physical and emotional wellbeing of our pupils and work collaboratively with parents and carers to create a secure space where all children can thrive and succeed.

What should I do if I have a safeguarding concern?

 

If you have a safeguarding concern surrounding a student at Brougham Street Community Nursery School, please contact the school immediately via telephone or email. Our Child Protection Team are: 

The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is our Headteacher, Jonelle

The Deputy Safeguarding Lead (DDSL)  is our Staff & Resources Manager Ayesha 

The Other named people within our safeguarding team are Beccy, Nikki & Katie

Whistleblowing procedures

Any concerns about inappropriate conduct in school by members of staff or visitors must be taken to the Headteacher (Jonelle) or a member of the Safeguarding team immediately.
